• Day 01: Kathmandu – Paro flight. Drive to Thimpu.

    Day 02: Thimpu to Bumthang.

    Day 03: Sightseeing in Bumthang.

    Day 04: Bumthang to Punakha.

    Day 05: Punakha to Thimpu.

  • Day 01: Arrive in Paro. Drive to Thimpu.

    • On arrival at Paro International Airport, you will be received by the representative from Tour Visit National Museum (Ta-Dzong) and visit Paro Rinpung Dzong. Lunch at Paro. Drive to Thimphu and check into the hotel. After check in drive up to the BBS tower view point and enjoy the stunning view of the entire Thimphu town. On the drive back, stop at the mini Takin zoo (Takin is the national animal of Bhutan). In the evening visit Tashichodzong. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

    Day 02: Thimpu to Bumthang.

    • After an early breakfast drive to Bumthang via Dochhula Pass. On reaching at the pass you have a great chance of viewing the entire eastern himalayas with 108 miniature Bhutanese style stupas. Lunch and further proceed to Bumthang. Dinner and overnight in a hotel.

    Day 03: Sightseeing in Bumthang.

    • Breakfast at a hotel and begin the sightseeing with visit to Tamshing monastery, one of the oldest monastery which has been founded by a great Terton Pemalingpa in 1501. Visit Pemasambhava Lhakhang, Kurjee Lhakhang, Jambay Lhakhang and later on Jakar Dzong. Stroll around Chamkhar town. Dinner and overnight in a hotel.

    Day 04: Bumthang to Punakha.

    • After an early breakfast drive back to Punakha with stop at Trongsa and visit Trongsa Dzong. Lunch and drive further to Punakha. On reaching Punakha visit Punakha Dzong.

    Day 05: Punakha to Thimpu.

    • Breakfast at a hotel and drive back to Thimphu. On reaching Lobesa visit Chhimi Lhakhang. Lunch and further proceed to Thimphu. Check into hotel and begin the sightseeing with a visit the Memorial Chorten- a huge stupa built to honour the memory of the third king of Bhutan. Visit Bhutan National Library; Folk Heritage museum, National Textile Museum and Handicraft emporium.  Dinner and overnight in a hotel.

    Day 06: Thimpu to Paro.

    • Breakfast in a hotel and drive back to Paro. Visit Semtokha Dzong enroute. This Dzong was built in 1629 by the Great Lama Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel. Check in into the hotel. Towards the evening stroll around at Paro Town. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

    Day 07: Sightseeing in Paro.

    • After breakfast: Visit to (short trek) Taktsang Monastery (10 kms) from Paro Town. The name Means “Tiger’s Nest”. The Monastery is perched on the side of the cliff 900 m above chanting of monks. Guru Padma Sambhava (second Buddha) is said to have flown to the site of the Monastery on the back of a tigress. Lunch. On the way back drive to Drugyal Dzong (a ruined fortress-16 kms away from Paro town, visit Kyichu Lhakhang.

    Day 08: Departure.

    • Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the airport for flight to onward destination.
